I have placed order number 3284479 and received it. The balances work well but I found a broken stopper in the top corner of the window and it doesn't allow the balance to stay in the correct placem could you please help me get a replacement? Thank you.

This black part in the picture is from one of my good windows, the other broke off from a storm or something and it's gone. It's used to hold the arm of the casement on the track so the window can be cranked open/closed. Got your information from PGT, i'm hoping you can help so i can fix my window. ... (cont.)
