I need to replace two broken balances. They both broke where spring attaches to the pully. I dont see any mfg info but balance channel is stamped 28C BSI. I would also like to replace bottom vinyl seals.

I need a rplacment for the attached pivot lock or replacment Channel Balance with Pivot Lock. I have included a picture with dimensions of the channel balance. We have 23 windows that need new pivot locks and channel balances that range from 28B, 34A, 34B and 34C.Booker

Unfortunately, the lock on my sliding door is no longer "catching" the piece on the door frame. I found a similar question on your website that looked to recommend 82-030 and 82-218. Is it required/recommended to replace both the handle and the mortise lock?

Hey, Just trying to figure out how to order a double Coil replacement and a boot replacement as well since the metal brake/tab snapped. Should I buy a new shoe and coils separately or as a set. I will need 4 for two windows

The plastic piece broke that holds the metal bracket that allows window to open & close

On one of my casement windows the auger screw is loose when you try to close the window. It is OK opening it, but not closing it. What holds it in? is there a piece missing that keeps it in? I would rather not have to replace the whole mechanism. Thanks, and please let me know what I can do to ... (cont.)

I believe this lock is off of a American Craftsman window. Bought from Home Depot looking for a replacement. The holes on the lock are 2 1/16 on center and on the catch it's 2 1/8. Do you have a replacement part for this? Thank you.
