i have a lincoln crank window and the plastic ball that makes the window roll broke. Do you have a replacement part for it? it would be the plastic that goes on that tip?

I am looking for replacement hardware for crank window. On the existing part 1/07/19 2339 B.

Looking for replacement S751 channel balances. Was informed by customer service that the blue shoe means that these will need to be custom balances. it is 37" in length, window tilts, ribbed channel, window weight is over 39 lbs. I need a quantity of (4) balances.
