I need a replacement balance for a Pella 150 double hung window manufactured in 2021. The balance is a 2 coil constant force balance (shown in catalog). Need to replace Truth hardware on Kolbe Windows

ROW brand windows, on right or left sides is a latch that holds the top of the window in place when closed. The latch is broken & needs to be replaced. Do you have anything in your inventory?

Truth, and one small number that is hard for me to read. I think 519 at least, 4519? Maybe 45191? I need 4 left and 4 right covers and handles.

This slider door is about 11 years old. The broken piece is the outside handle. Picture of inside handle also for reference.
