I have purchased part 82-086 and I need the lock on the outside and if I flip it then it doesn't fit. it comes with 2 Handle but my door is backwards and I need the lock outside not inside I can't flip flop.

Hi folks - not sure what I got - windows were here when we got here...probably from early-mid 90's Also - every vid I've seen on troubleshooting suggests that at a 90 degree angle, the windows will disconnect from shoe and come out - doesn't *seem* to be the case here - but not trying to force anyt ... Attached you will find 2 items I am trying to find for windows. One item is the tabs used to hold the screen in place. They are so brittle I can not remove them without breaking them. Our home was built in 1992. The balance mechanism is apparently broken on 2 of our double hung windows as they are very hard to lift and slam down if not held on. I have the tilt lock that look like these but mine have screws that hold them in. I noticed these don't have screws can I stll use these on my windows?
