Hello, We are having trouble identifying the attached balance bar, see pictures. It has the numbers 20 2 engraved on it along with RN BSI TJ. We can't seem to figure out the model or sizing. We need your assistance if possible. Thank you.

We help identifying replacement window channels for our tilting windows. The plastic components have become brittle and broken and springs are all rusted. These windows are original when our home was built in 2000 (Charlotte, NC). Thank you for your time. Tony
