I need to replace the window balances. One is broken and obviously the window will not stay open. The window is a Simonton 33.75x60.5" double hung. I'm trying to figure out what balance will work for this window. They were installed in 2010.

Hi, thanks to your great site I have found what appear to be the parts necessary to repair the aging aluminum windows in my house. Simonton double hung windows (unknown age). A couple of the security latch tabs have broken off. I don't have one pulled out, but the outside height is 2 3/8" and the width is 3/8".

Hi, I am looking for the coil balance for a window world window. I need two of them and also need the male foot that sticks out of the bottom of the window and mates with the sliding foot. I have pictures of everything and the window is disassembled at this point.
