Good morning. I noticed that a couple of the balances in my windows are broken. The string has snapped and several of the plastic/metal parts have sheered or also broken due to wear and age. I removed two of them and I can replace them easily myself, but I can't identify the type or if they are stil ... (cont.)

As you can see the coil balance covers are all messed up and also something is stopping me from moving the window up and down. It feels like it's completely stuck. Also one of the tilt latches in the picture too broke off. So I was wondering do I just need a new cover for the coil balances? Also can ... (cont.)

Needing two sash balances for 310 Oriel single hung window 3330. Channel is 33.75 inches long.

Details: channel balance 1/2 inch wide, metal part is 27 inches long, with a channel balance shoe depth of 1 inch. Top and bottom shown in attached photos. Number on the channel is 2630. The lock on my single hung, Philips 810s is broken. I am unable to repair it, but am hoping to replace it without having to replace the window. Any thoughts on where to get one would be great.

Hi I have Lawson SH-7700 windows. Markings on the channel balance are IMP 35 DS 35 BSI BT. Channel length (metal) is 36". Width and depth are 9/16" each. Both ends are winged. These are crank style open/close single pane, top hinge windows. The attachments where the scissor arms meet the windows are rusted out and corroded. The attachments are broken free of the windows now so cannot open and close. Im looking for replacement parts for the scissor arm to window attachm ... (cont.)
