Hi there, not sure what parts I need to get. THe diameter of the balance is 9/16", the length is 37" on the tube only. No weight indicated on window, when I measure the sash, it weights 39.5 lbs the balance and this little plastic thing is broken on both sides of this window thanks ... (cont.)

Hello, I called earlier and am sending pictures of the Block and Tackle balance , the take outs and the window that does not close. I noticed that the stamp says Length of 25 in. But my measurement of metal is 25.5 in or 25 5/8 in. There are no broken parts that I see but window does not close an ... (cont.)

One window is missing crank mechanism for window that opens to the left. I also need to two additional straight arms and crank for same type of window, one opens left the other opens right.

These springs are used to counterbalance a 6 ft. glass sash used on a biosafety cabinet. Mfg. no longer supplies parts. I have rebuilt some with success, but it feels like I am re-inventing the wheel. Channel width is 9/16 in., length is 30 in. and the sash is 35-38 lbs. Any help would be appreciate ... (cont.)

Hello, I think the S385-34 in your stock is the one that will work.It is little different but should work. The width of the bottom plastic part (photo 180214) is 1 3/32. The hook on my original , part is solid metal. Thank you. Waldek.

The standard support is at the top of the window and is screwed into the actual frame. Your videos show that this piece is moved to meet the pivot shoe...I took the screws out of the support but it really doesn't move and because they're screwed into the metal frame are they supposed to move?...I'm ...
