One window has been difficult to open and close but the balancers look fine to me, no broken cords, etc. One balancer was disconnected and loose between the window track and frame. The numbers are 29-4 CA2 CMC 7.

Have a couple of window cranks with the handles come off when closing the window. Is there a repair for this or do I need to replace cranks. Found these numbers on the arms r30842 and 20810 and 30744 maybe you can let me know what the replacement part is

I'm having problems with the amount of tension needed to get the bottom pulley and come back to the slide loop with the string on a nuair model 29 5 Jv cmg 2 ThanksChad

Hi, We just purchased 4x S600-25 (red) based on the existing balance having red. When the new balances were installed, and fully wound, the window sags to about 50% open without any force. The pin on the jamb side has broken off and no longer allows the door to lock. There is a button on the door side that must be depressed by the pin to operate the latch mechanism.
