One photo shows the spring. One photo shows the assembly with the top assembly having the spring. One photo shows one catch assembly taken apart. I need minimum two springs.

I'm looking to see if you carry this? I'm unsure of the exact name it attaches to the hinge arm to the window. A sash pin of sorts. My guys lost it when installing the operators

The left door of our 4-panel Milgard slider will not unlock, so I took it apart. Image 2924 shows a part that is used to turn the locking mechanism inside the door. It appears to be missing some teeth on the top. I'm guessing that's why it's not working. Do you sell that part?

I have 3 of these Pella retractable screen doors. The plastic latch piece and the buttons that cover the philips head screw are what I need. Also, what holds the button in place? Oil rubbed bronze.

I believe it is a 34 inch channel balance, #3375. Any help would be appreciated. I need two of them.

Looks like a double coil assembly, the pivot shoes do not look replaceable? No identifying numbers anywhere. This is the only window this size in our home. All the others are the same manufacturer but different sizes.

The width of the interior lock is 1 1/4" (versus 1 5/16") The height of the interior portion is 2 5/8" (versus 2 3/4") The distance between screw holes is 1 3/4" (same as your picture). The exterior hardware (pictured below) is completely different, but really only need interior hardware anyway) ... (cont.)

My brick home has all BFRich Cabernet style vinyl double hung windows with 7/8" thick Low E argon insulated glass.
