I need to replace my track and the two rollers that are under my sliding door. The track is badly worn, with a shredded string of metal left on the track where the door slides. Hello, Looking for the balancer and top sash guide for a vinyl window. I attached the label of the window. Seems like the top sash guide is your part number 18-008. The balancer is 26" long. It has the number 2440 BSI KM embossed on it. Please see attached photos. Thank you for your help. ... (cont.)

Please advise on parts needed: Tilt Latches, right and left, sash is approximately 1 3/8" width. Coil Balances for both sides and pivot bars. All for a lower window.
