I have balancers that are missing. I measured from the bottom edge of the Single hung to the bottom of of the balancer clip (please seeattached) @ 21.5. Would you be able to tell me what size I should order? Please let me know.

Hi, curious if this is a replaceable item on this window. The metal piece broke off (examples of an operable window and the broken window shown). Also, if the metal piece is replaceable, any ideas how to extract it from the window?

Trucks have metal wheels. Height is 1 1/4. Width 11/16. Overall length is 4 1/4 (not counting adjuster screw).

From your experience is there a way to determine the part without unassembling the door. The manufacturer is not known. The door was installed approximately 1979. Than you!

Do you think the 40-150 handle would replace the white interior storm door handle above. The measurements seem to line up with the exception of the width. The 40-150 is narrower. Lmk what you think. Thank you.
