Hi, I have a broken window balance on the top sash of a double hung window. Sash weight is 21 lbs. I was surprised to find out that the left balance is a 19-D-40 and the right balance is a 19-E-50. Shoe is 1 28/32 long?..1 8/32 wide?.16/32 thick?..the sash wt is 14#. The single hung tilt sash is 29 1/2" high and 33" wide?the shoes are intact and working. We need weather stripping for an 8' exterior commercial door

I am trying to replace the handle on a jealousy window. I already ordered part 39?108. The 3/8 part fits perfectly but the T hits the side box mechanism. So I either need one that is a longer Spline I believe that's what you call it or the T part of the handle is shorter.
