Good morning, Working on channel balance on IGMRC-LOEWEN STEINBRCH Model # DBK128 REG- The window is moving freely in the channel but, the balance string is broken.

I just need to know where I can purchase one. This one (pic attached) is 2 1/2" X 3/16" X 1/4"

Need a part number for the coil balance shown. Thank you!

Aloha, I've uploaded picture of the Milgard certification at the top of the window and the only channel balance I could find that seemed appropriate on your site. Is this correct? What do I need? These windows seems to have these pivot points for the tilt out panel that are not horizontally even. This one is literally an inch lower on the left hand side compared to the right hand side. do you have instructions on how to replace the pivot shoe # 15-159? Our Malta windows are in great shape, except for the pivot shoes, which are all cracking and breaking. I hope it is easy to replace?

I have a R.O.W. Sliding glass patio door. It is 38 yo. Can you match the wheels. Without removing the door? If you can send the right wheels to me. You put a Phillip screwdriver into the hole to adjuster the door. Thanks Bob
