My window will open, but won't close. From my research it seems to be a stripped window crank. Just wondering what part I need.

Need to replace part.

Hi , I have ordered in the past and the part # 15-180 seemed to work well but was hoping to get a few complete units, spring, housing and shoe, did see anything that looked to match .

Looking for I formation on replacements and costs for these as we have several that are stripped out and may need replacing.

I bought the 83-040 latch. How do you fasten the metal latch to the sliding lock? Please explain as nothing seems to hold the metal latch into the sliding lock. Thanks.

I am looking for a flat roller for an older aluminum frame double window. Dimensions are as follows: Length = 1.25" or 30+mm (can be longer) Width = 11/16 or 18mm ( can be narrower) Height = 5/8" or 15mm Thickness of base = 1/8" or 3mmq

The wheels are with out, I could possibly use the bracket is I had a pin and the wheels. I need two of them.

Hi,These balances have the stamp "BSI" and "21 5"the width is 1/2"length of metal part is 21 5/8"both ends have wings as you can see, and a pulley is part of the bottom end piece. I need 2!Thanks,Matt
