Ther is a #271 stamped on roller

I ordered two S385-14:14"Series 385 (Option:1320). The length is correct. But after installing, the window (a small one) keeps sliding down half way closed and will not stay all open all the way and hold the position higher. Did I choose the wrong Option #?

Hello, I am looking for a replacement for this lock. The escutcheon plate is 1 1/2" wide and 7" long. The lock body faceplate is 7 1/2 x 13/16". Are you able to find a replacement using this information? Or do you need additional information?

I have Eagle aluminum clad wood single hung windows. The small bar at the bottom of the window frame securing the moving window frame to counter-balance assembly in sash is missing. It has two mounting screws to secure it to bottom of window frame.

Metal channel is 28 inches long, part is marked "Unique 27-C-30". Nothing looks broken, but block and tackle mechanism with the string doesn't appear to work anymore. Have another window with similar parts, marked "Unique 27-B-20".
