It looks like 1 40. I'm not sure if there is a character between the 1 and the 40. It's in the pic. The metal portion is 12 inches.

I uploaded pictures of the broken one on the right side of the casement for a left hand window and a functional one on the left side for a right hand window. I have not taken it apart to find any additional markings, however I believe it is probably an Anderson or maybe truth hardware? ... (cont.)

Building from about 1964, has single pane aluminum frame sliding windows. Roller components are plastic, probably nylon rollers with a groove. Appear to be 3/4" in diameter. Single small screw retains the frame corner mounted piece to the frame. I need many, Lol.

The one I have currently has the latch lever hole in the center and a hole pattern of 3 7/8" will this handle work for this mortise latch

Hello, We need to locate a replacement for this balance. The identification numbers are 26 4. Also, if you can recommend the block (not sure of the formal term) that goes up top and stops the window from going up too far, that would be wonderful. Thank you! Paula
