Hello, Looking to replace latch with new Product Code: 82-269. Somebody used wood screws to hold the last latch in place and I am wondering if you could tell me what size screw is needed for the mortise as I saw that it doesn't come with replacement screws. Thanks, Todd

Hi, Trying to help a friend identify and purchase new window glazing for an older mobile home that sits in the Arizona desert sun. I can take more pictures if you need them. The stuff is so old and brittle that it is hard to cut a square end to get a good picture. Thanks, Erik

The screw holes measure 7 1/4 inches on center apart.

I have a window using this style balance which currently extends approximately 30 inches. In order to allow the window to open enough to meet egress requirements I need to move the balance up and so would need a longer spring of about 36 inches. Hello, I do apologize for the poor pictures. The balance was stuck and the window had to be pried apart to get the balance out resulting in a damaged balance. Hi, We are trying to replace the channel balances on of our two windows. Our handyman helped us in taking the broken originals out for these pictures but he replaced them to keep the windows stable. Followed the directions in your video about the pictures required and are attaching five of them ... (cont.)
