I have a damaged door pivot hinge. The bolt on the top pivot is damaged, so the screw is not able to go fully into the ceiling plate. Had a few of these parts break. From what I can tell it's either a double or triple coil balance assembly. Windows were manufactured by Simonton in late 2004 or early 2005. Can't find any identifying numbers visible.
