For a casement window, 2 pictures show the missing lock/track to catch the lock on the window. Not sure how it broke, or where it went. The other 2 pictures show the window that has it in tact. 5th picture is of entire window.

We need this part to repair our older Anderson jalosie windows

Looming for replacement balances for Gerkin window 4100 series. 1/2 inch jam track. Sash weighs 20lbs. Existing balance is 27.5" from top to bottom of rod.

My balance is round and 26". Has markings LVB1. The window is 27"wide 50" height. It seems to have lost it's tension and the window won't stay up.

Both mortise lock and thumb latch have AW logo. Mortise lock has two numbers 2573558 and 7700-14. Thumb latch has three numbers 71258-3, S2573983 and W2573554. See photo. Tom

Hello - I have a four panel door. Active sliders are in the middle. I have Amesburytruth handle 40.94. Currently my active lock from the inside is on the left. That makes the key outside right. I need a blank for the right side inside, and blank outside left.

I need to replace the balance assembly on my Pella Architect Series window. I would like a pair of 4030 or 40 30 which I'm told means 40 for the length and 30 for the amount of weight it can bear.I hope that you have something that would work.Thank you.Elizabeth

26 13/16 inch long metal chamber. Stamp is 2630. Unknown window manufacturer. Home built in 2008 with these original windows. Two balances are needed.

From Lawson Window about 5/8 wide at narrowest part

36 inches end to end. stamped with 3530. These are from Lawson windows about 19 yrs old

I want to replace these two locks. Not sure exactly how they work but it appears to control the slide lock behind the sash. As you can see, they are broken and seem to be part of the sash. Can you help? Thanks.
