I need either a new handle for patio door that was made by International. It is a mortise lock. The internal parts that connect to the lever lock on the inside of the lock are missing. Everything else is there. So either I need a whole new lock or the internal parts

Need some new balances

Need a new crank or the missing screw. Marking inside handle head says on top "2" at the bottom: Y A29.

The 84-031 looks like a perfect match for the current rollers in our screen door but we also need replacement adjustment screws and nylon grommets that hold the spring in place and provide the threading for the adjustment screw. Do you sell these and/or know of someone who does?

The photos don't completely show the mechanisms on each end as they were broken and missing parts. The channel is 31" long. I believe the windows would have been installed around 1983 but I'm not sure. The stamp on it say 30 D. Thank you very much for your help.

Plastic side panels say WINTEC. Lower unit (slanted plastic base) is intact. Lower has dry rotted, but seemed to have similar wings. Upper fittings are intact and identical, with a center tab that fits in bracket at top of each channel.

Need to purchase a window sash pivot to replace a broken one. Is there a pattern for installing and drilling the pivot

Hi. Looking for a replacement block and tackle sash balance part for my window. The part is stamped "26 4 FX CMC 11" The length is 27". Could this be S385-27? Any clue what the FX stands for? Could the 11 represent the weight rating? Thanks.

We've just had a coil balance make a loud "snap" noise and appear at the bottom of the window slide, once I opened the window. Is this coil balance something that would have broken and fallen down, or is it something that may have let go and may be able to be reset back in place? Thanks in advance ... (cont.)

I am needing replacement parts for some double hung vinyl windows. It looks like the old style has been replaced with a duo version. I am needing the parts that replace the old ones if possible.Thank you,Matt

I need to know what replacement part I need for broken t lock pivot

Age of window is unknown, possibly 30 years old. Aluminum framed garden window with upper horizontal section raising to open. Operator is located on a vertical stile. No name visible on part or operator, appears to be CDC on the inside.

this part is broken. it hold the spring. it is 2" long plus a small round at the bottom and 1 1/4 wide. I am not sure about the dip, if it is 9/16 or 17/32? Can you please let me know which one of your options I should buy?
