The Brand of the window is Norandex Reynolds. I would like to get the balances and the sash locks for these windows.

I'm looking for a replacement for the vent latch pictured. It looks to me to be close to your p/n 26-106 but my measurements are a bit different. Will this work? Is there another p/n for this latch in white?

I am looking for a strong sash lock and keeper for a heavy wood top sash. The current lock and keeper is not strong enough to keep the upper sash all the way up, so there is about a 1/8th gap where the top of the sash slides up into the recessed area. Do you have a recommended hardware to address ... (cont.)

i have 2006 pella proline casement windows and a few lower plastic clips have broked. these clips let you open the sash to 90 degrees to make cleaning easier. i am guessing there are left hand and right hand parts.

This came from a Simonton window screen. The window was a crankout and had 3 tabs on each side to secure the screen in place.

Truth is stamped on the arm. Didn't want to remove until I know there is a possible match or after market replacement. Gary

Bought a house that has 2 patio doors that were never completely installed. Both are the same...missing keeper/strike plates. The hook on these locks is 4 layers of steel and the thickness of the 'hook' is 5/8". Do you sell a keeper/strike plate that is intended for thick lock hooks like this? ... (cont.)

This is the latch mechanism. It still works. It's the handle lock set in interested in. I bought a generic handle set and the locking mechanism was inferior. I have a sash controls lock and handle keyed set. 2265 I'm hoping yours is a decent quality.

Have posted pics of the stamped marking (2830) and the plastic ends of the channel balancer I want to replace. The metal channel is 29 inches long.
