Hi. I need help identifying what kind of balancers I need for the old aluminum single hung windows. Took the sash out and all i see is a piece of a rope on one side attached to something that you can see on IMG_1041.jpg. I need help identifying replacement window balances please. See attached picture. The stamp on the balance is 28C. What is odd about this balance is that the string attaches to the window frame with a screw. I hope you can help. Thanks,Chris

not sure of the manufacturer all it shows is 1/8 L and "CAN 1"

Both feet are in the shoes, but I noticed a metal coil on top of both shoes, and both have a crease in them. Im not sure where that coil extends to, or if I need new parts. Hopefully the pictures can help identify the window. Thank you, Richard

Hello - I need replacement clips for a vinyl clad window. The securing clips are both broken. I have no information on the manufacturer of the window as there are no marking whatsoever on the sashes or frame. In the picture you can see the dimensions of the clip taken from one side. Anderson window crank handles

Pictures of adjacent window. Knurled crank mechanism is stripped inside housing so can't open window to remove sill or access parts. No names or numbers visible anywhere.

Hello,Trying to find a replacement for a window lock on a small window that was installed in 1988. The mounting screws are 2 1/4" inches apart. The latch extends about 1/2" to the right of the body. It is black. Thank you. Jeff
