I need both balancers for the top window. the swivels are no longer held in the cradles and the window drops upon unlocking.

Metal to metal length is 15 inches. Balance width is 15 inches. There is a stamp number of 1420. I am not sure what series this is. So I am sending pictures for you to identify. Sorry. I don't have any pictures with the old balance installed.

Hi, Could you identify by the pictures what sash Lock I would need? It will not lock, the pin is stripped. I had to use a putty knife to open and unlock the window to open it Thanks
