I need to replace 10 window latches in a condo built in 1991. I found ones with the same screw spacing and depth, but the new latch would not close. Apparently the cam reach was too shallow. I believe the hole spacing is 2 1/16" and the backset is 7/16".

Can you please assist in identifying the parts in the photos? The pivot is 2.5". I cannot locate them anywhere. The windows do not have any markings on them and were installed prior to us buying the home. Thank you.

Hello, I am looking for the keeper in the images attached. The corresponding latch to this keeper is patent number 919213. I cannot find anything like it on your website but it is an external keeper. I would appreciate any help finding this!

The screw holes on the latch in the image #IMG_0603jpeg is 5" and 7" Hope this helps
