building from 1992 and I think these are original. I have three windows where the crank mechanism has failed.

The answers to others' questions on this latch replacement are insufficient. The metal end of door leaves no visible/obvious way to get at the latch mechanism or any screws that hold it in place - it's solid metal that runs top to bottom on the door. the right side of the widow has a piece missing that fits into what I think is called a pivot shoe .. not sure. I attached the pictures of the missing piece and what it fits into as well as a label (from another smaller window - this windows label was deteriorated)

There are no manufacturer references on this item. Item's approximate age 40-45years old. Unfortunately, lock preparation holes were permanently drilled into the aluminum door.

I have ordered 3 different kinds the last one was perfect except the end part did not fit into the window shoe to small. I am hoping this will help find the right one. Cannot seem to find the exact one from ur website ty lisa

I have a house with a 1970's sliding glass door it has no marks

the black plastic piece on these windows. I have several windows in a home that all have that black plastic piece broken in the crank out window. I need help finding several of those pieces I'm looking to need at least 15

This is a picture of the right side balance. It is working. The coil on the left is pulled out. I assume we should replace both sides at the same time? I just wanted to confirm which model we need. I need some help identifying the balances, shoes, and pivot bars for these windows. It is our intention to replace them on all 199 windows. It appears that there are two spiral balances per side? Please let me know which products to order?
