I'm trying to find the coil balance shown in this picture. I cannot remove the broken coil balance from the window frame because there isn't a cut-out in the frame of the window. Do you carry this coil balance? Do I need to purchase new pivot shoes as well or am I able to connect the new coil balanc ... (cont.)

I have a broken shoe cam. Depth is 5/8"width is 1". I'm looking for a replacement.

I am looking for replacement coil assemblys. I can not find any weight rating on the broken ones. The travel span seems to be 16" and I would like help with a replacement. Thanks.

I need to replace the magnetic weather stripping on my exterior steel door. Attached are pictures of the door less the weather stripping. Hoping you can indentify this balance spring. It's a 29", 1/2" metal channel, stamped with 28 4 OP BSI. As you suggest, since one is bad, I'll order 2. I've ordered from you before.

The window is a Millard awning window about 20 years old measuring 45" wide x 21" tall. I need the plastic pieces for the track and the arms so we can open and close it with the crank again. The pictures are from a smaller window in the house.

I've installed two 2.5" rear casement locks on an awning window. One of them fits and locks perfectly. The other one is just missing the keeper. See picture. The keeper is not bent. The window is slightly shifted to one side; that seems to be causing the problem. What can I do about this. I'm thinki ... (cont.)

Looking for this part to replace on my existing window

I included a photo of the identifying sticker at the top, but the model number was not immediately obvious to me. I would like to replace the coil balances and pivot shoes for all of my four lower sashes, left and right side, so I think that I need eight sets of the gear. I think that my pivot bars ... (cont.)

Crank mechanism does not function. Cover plate is broken. Looking for replacement parts. Possibly KK or Entrygard part # 39-107 i am a remodeling professional repairing my client's window, among other things.
