I need some help identifying the balances, shoes, and pivot bars for these windows. It is our intention to replace them on all 199 windows. It appears that there are two spiral balances per side? Please let me know which products to order?

Replace the lock

I need a left and right coil balance and pivot shoe combo for a Simonton window. The pictures of the old assembly are from the left side of that window.

It's a plastic piece that slides left to right that unlocks the window to fold down.

Need five of these little babies ?

Hi, hope you can identify these parts for replacement. The sticker on window sash says "series 380DH" also has "H-R25-47x73". The coil part has #7.5 35" printed on it, also I can see the numbers PAT 5232208. The 2208 is clear but the 1st 3 numbers are questionable. The pivot pins are both slightly b ... (cont.)

Hello ive replaced the thumb latch on the door but it will not lock unless I push in the little stopper thing. And even then it only works sometimes and needs to be replaced. I dont wsnt to buy the wrong hardware can you help tell me what hardware I need?

I need these type of coil balances. It seems to be (7/8") thick, 1 1/4" wide and 2 1/2" tall. I would need 7 sets (14 units). I would also like to get pins about 2 5/8" long and I would need 14 units. Please let me know if you can help me. My name is Helmer.

Truth is indicated on the bottom operating mechanism. And it states "pry to remove sash" on the top operating mechanism. I have a 3 pane casement bay window.
