Hello, the part I am trying to replace is a channel balance. The string inside it snapped. It has an imprint that says 23 3 JS Caldwell.

I'm looking for the handle that operates the latch, the handle that fits over the nylon is square that has a threaded hole in the center. Would you have anything that will fit?

looking from inside - the is a bay window left window that open out to the left. the spiral screw thing does not stay in when turn. it keeps coming out and the plastic cover will pop. if i push in and push pressure it will open but not close as i m not pushing in to turn it to close. i assume it ...
