What you see pictured is what's left of the original parts for this octagon port type window. It's hinged at the top and looks to be pushed up outwards. Looking to make the window functional again.

Hi, Looking to replace screen clips from windows installed around 1999. The windows were made by/for Maki Corporation of Gardner Massachusetts.Each window requires 2 screen clips at the bottom (see photos). It's a non tilt window. I think it's either S351 or 390 but not entirely sure. And since it measure 27.5 is that 28 since stamp is 27405. Help me pick.
