I didn't see these in your inventory. I have windows from 1998 that I need to change some parts on.

I am missing the small black palstic piece (one picture shows it missing from the arm and one shows the windows mate with the piece in place) that slides in the track under the window. This is a Jeld-Wen Casement window from about 2011.

Hello, I need some balancers for my windows, they keep falling of the window; the spring looks little rusty but the string and hook are okay, and I want to replace them anyway for new ones. I have replaced balancers but never ordered them. Please help me!

Hello - just bought a house built in 2003, and every tensioner on every window is shot. It is in a hot climate and all of the platsic clips got brittle and broke. We recently moved into a new house. Many windows have latches on the double hung panes that are either popped out and missing or broken. We'd like to replace and fix these but don't know what the part is. Open to surface latch solution too, but not sure that's an option for us.
