I need a specific 1--1/2" pivoting single-wheel roller for an old sliding glass door. The original wheel is stamped 'S&S VB-38'. My customer has 2 broken coil balance glides. Attached is a picture. Can you please tell me the exact part needed to replace both the left and right coils.

Numbers are on the attached photo. I don't see a brand name. The handle fell off. I have 1 screw but the other screw was broken off.
