Need help identifying this channel balance. Stamp is 34B BSI. Attached are photos of the entire balance, top attachment, bottom attachment, and spring. Can you identify the correct replacement series and part number? Thanks so much!

The spring that holds out the latch (and holds up the handle) of the mortise lock on my pella storm door is broken.
