Need for the similar part

I have an older k/k window, center casement operator, the crank backed out on itself, the window won't close. I believe this is a known problem, and the entire operator needs replacement. the casement is about 5" wide.

Part 86 26-3 IB5 CMC 45 needed. 2 of them. Can you supply them and what is the cost? Thanks. Brad

when I opened my door, my door almost fell off in my hand. This plastic piece is at the bottom of my bifold door to the very far side against the frame

Handle broken when locking the window. Appears lever compartment was weak and split where lever goes into lock component.

Hello, Looking for a replacement for this window channel balance, non-tilting. It's stamped A2035, 21" long. What would be the best replacement part for this? Not sure to order 2030 or 2040, and don't have easy access to weigh the actual window. Thanks!

I have 2 doors. The second door does not have any hardware. The first does but it does not engage the locking mechanism. Help!

Double hung windows will not stay up. I found the parts inside the window need help finding replacement parts.
