Is there a way to secure worm gear in crank gears? Will i need to replace entire system?

Have a three pane sliding glass patio door with each panel requiring replacement of the wheel rollers. Graboyes Encore Double Hung window (manufactured 4/2/2010). Right-side constant-force coil balance has become disconnected from the pivot shoe. Coil is marked approximately 6.5. Looking for the correct replacement coil and coil support. thanks so much!

I don't see any markings

Hello I have the attached style window crank and one of the gears is not grabbing on to the corresponding part that opens the window. Please let me know which part that you sell if a suitable replacement that would fit the existing space in the window trim.

Window is 59-14/16 inches in height and 51-1/2 width. The spiral middle is around 29-1/2-30 inches at the middle part.
