I was informed that these parts are installed on the Single Hung Window and the Bal Rods are attached to them. We want to order 50 pce of each, Left & Right

Here's some pictures of the sash pin it has 2 screw holes.. is about 3inches long aprox

The only numbers are on the inside of the white crank/handle. It says 30614 and 30893. The existing window from the interior has the hinge/pivot on the right and the latch/lock on the left. The "cranking" mechanism is stripped and the window does not function.

I need a component of the channel balance system to go with the S385-22 2120 parts i just ordered. This part that i need screws into the window near the Top of the channel. Can you help me with a replacement part Please. I truly appreciate it

Hi, when the window opens, and I try to hold it, it won't stop, just sliding down. I am trying to replace it. Is it only to fix this issue, by the way?

I have Mastic window locks so I'm assuming the slide locks are the same brand. They measure approx. 3 1/4 × 1 3/8. I need 3 of the right side slide locks.

From looks and measurements I still cannot get a good read for this coil balance shoe is it a 15-177 or a 15-208?

Hello, I need replace met parts to match the pictures attached. I need the pivot lock shoe as well as the coil balances shown. The sliding clip that mounts to the rail in the frame broke. I need to replace the whole top hinge mechanism. See attached pics.

There's a plastic gray rod goes in black plastic bottom piece where window goes in . Runs on spring and attached with skinny rope with screw at top. No adjustment screws. Top of spring is a white plastic part the holds spring and rope. Window doesn't stay open. Was in house when purchased in 2005. ... (cont.)

Hi, can you please help suggest replacement parts for this double coil balance and shoe? The coils broke and the shoe pivot also had a plastic piece break.

The hinge part that attaches to the window and slides in the bracket has broken. Can I just purchase the plastic hinges? The rest of the parts seem to be working properly. Thanks, Jim
