Hi,the string broke on my window balancer and I need help identifying the replacement part for it. the code on the broken balancer says it's a 23 4 cr caldwell. I need to order this part for a bay window

Arm reads 30842R. Short arm (not the angled one) is 4.5". There is no long guide arm attached to window.

I am just trying to verify the correct part for the Feldco Double Hung - tilt / clean.

Help identifying parts I need to replace, internal gear is stripped.

Trying to find exact same replacement

The coil spring says 407 J stamped on it. The label included into photos is of the upper window since lower window stick is wore off so hope it helps getting correct parts.

One of the top spring-slide latches on the top of our double hung JELD-WEN window has broken. This is the latch to allow the window to swing down to clean. JELD-WEN no longer carries the part, and suggested that you may have something suitable. Please let me know. Thanks.

Just bought the house and all of the hardware was already removed. I couldn't find any part numbers for the make or model. Haven't removed the door from the frame to check for a label yet. Hurd brand on the crank and 14DN99P imprinted on the interior part. Dimensions are 4 7/8 inch on the short bar and 5 inches on the crank measurement

I am rebuilding my window screens and noticed some of the square cut corners are broken or in bad shape. I am having trouble confirming the correct size. The bottom pieces also have a wedge to hold them into place. Dimensions shown in images. color is tan.
