Crank base has number 40372. Window installed 1988. Cranks open, but opposite direction to close. What replacement parts for crank hardware and cover?

I need to see if you can help me out with this. The pivots in 5 commercial doors are worn out and the doors are dragging on the sill plates. I was told that buildi g is 60 yrs old but i don't think the doors are. They look like late 80s to me. I don't know if they have a bushing that can be replaced ... (cont.)

Both sets of rollers are shot and do not spin. I cannot locate any part numbers. The roller is 4 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4 tall and 5/8wide. the window is a tilt in and the spring on both sides are broken. I believe I need to spring only but not sure exactly which part to order.on the sliding door the latch does not work. I think I might need a whole new handle but I again I am not sure what to order. Thanks
