I have a tandem roller set that needs replaced. I need help identifying the make and model of this window crank. I could not find a number anywhere on the handle cover or window to help me identify it.

Window opened then fell. I could see the metal string spaghetti'd into the track bent and folded a couple times. I tried to remove plastic piece from picture and it crumbled. Also there is not cut in the track to remove it. Can this be replaced?

Had broken glass, so took window out to get fixed. These two parts were very brittle and broke. I glued back for photo. They screw to each side at top of window and I think hold the balancer down when window is closed. Would like to order 8 only for replacements when needed.

The casement window operator failed -- the screw mechanism is not held in place and will not close the window. It is likely a very old part and I cannot find a similar piece on your website.
