I need to replace 5 coil spring ballances and 5 tilt locks for America Craftsman Windows. The Sashes are 50" W 24" H with hurricane glass (heavy) I guess about 40 lbs

I need several of these parts

Screws into the bottom of window and hooks into a spring in the frame

My property management company orders from you all the time . I cannot find the correct coil balances I need 2 doubles and 2 triples for left and right sides please and thank you

The bar has a 7 on it. One hole at the end and three additional holes. T shaped end.

I need to replace both a left hand and a right hand of this crank
