When you try and turn to lock or unlock, the hook in the lock set mechanism won't extend out or retract properly. The handle was already taken off the door before I took a picture of it installed.

The crank mechanism does not fully close the window rendering it very difficult, if not impossible, to engage to window locks. It could be that the worm screw is worn from years of attempting to "muscle" the window closed. The manufacturer is Truth. The number is 40942 appears on one of the parts ... (cont.)

I am trying to purchase one or two coil balance shoes for my windows. I've taken as many pictures as I can, attached. There is no identifying information on them or the screens or even my windows. Can't thank you enough for my last purchase from you. I was actually able to completely fix the window shoe and boot so the window works seamlessly right now. That was a real godsend to me.
