Hi, I want identity pivot shoe, pivot bar and spiral balance for bottom dash of my bathroom window

I have several windows at a vacation property that aren't working. I noticed that the piece that the sash fits into is broken. Are the trackes a standrard width? The window stays up. Is there any way to tell if the balace is also bad? I'll be back at the house this weekend and can count all the bro ... (cont.)

Plate measures 6 1/8" Outter bolt holes measure approximately 5". indoor handle bolts measure 4" apart .

Has set screw i believe it's 11/32 but could be 3/8 spline?I am not sure?

I need to replace the entire mechanism that cranks open the window. The plate cover on the crank is labeled Anderson. The round crank shaft is stripped and the handle can't get a tight grip on the shaft, even with set screw fully tightened. I am not sure what year these were installed. The case cove ... (cont.)

Need help to identify the size make and model of this roller

The metal pivot cam (?) cracked on one side. The rest of the spring enclosure seems to be okay. Can I replace just the metal piece or do I have to replace the entire assembly?

Metal channel from end to end is 27.325". Need replacements mas the plastic end on one of the channels broke.
