No known name of window manufacturer. Pictures are of portion of part needed. The part seem to be a pivot member of the window.

Brand new double hung Vinyl Crystal Window, balance shoe broken it is on the right side of the window looking from the inside outside, I need to replace the part.

Picture of part that holds top of spring in place. The part that holds spring breaks off and channel unit pops out of the channel. Windows are 20 yrs old but in great shape except channel springs keep breaking. Do you have this part? If you need more info I can supply.

I have previously ordered this channel with the eye in the hook. I now need two as shown in the picture with a hook to latch into a hole in the window frame.

I ordered Coil housing pivot, tandem coil housing and two new coils. My question is how to align up both coils (since one is stacked above the other) so that both of the hols in the coils can be secured in the frame via those holes. The door mechanism works once in a while. Gears inside lock seem to be defective. Took photos of the numbers on the mechanism and on the door.

I have a home built in 1970 with awning windows with a very simular lever lock as your 39-070 model. However, mine do have an angled pivot arm on the farthest out bars when opened. hello - many of the small tension clips that hold my screens in place have broken. I have searched for equivalents everywhere but can't find anything. do you carry anything like this? I put the quarter there to give you a sense of the size. Thanks so much-Sally
