I have 2 out of 4 controls that are broken on 4 bathroom windows. I need 2 left and 2 right replacement mechanisims. Can you help me confirm the correct models? Thank you! David

Hi there - I am not sure which replacement part(s) I need to fix the cranking issue. The crank works on closing the window, and only when the window is open a few inches (I push it out). The only info I was able to see are marked in the pictures attached. Please advise which part(s) I need to replac ... (cont.)

I have broken balancers on all my windows. Window are Simonton installed in 2004. Window weight is 21 lbs. pictures are from the right side. When I removed the left side it a total of 3 coils. Do you have a replacement for this? The windows are aluminum with a GA on the locks. The exposed portion of the strip is just under 1/4 in thick by 1/2 inch wide. Ive removed similar windows that were vinyl, but the existing on these is very brittle so I am afraid it won't hold up on reinstall. ... (cont.)
