Hi, i'm a little confused... we have windows that are falling inward, I'm not a handy man at all but my guess is that it's because these window tilt latches don't even connect to the frame (my assumption is that they're stuck in a position) plus one of them seems to be broken (see image). I need the white piece to hold my window sash in. The pivot shoe is 1.5 inches wide and the sash is .5 inch

I could not find any markings or numbers on this handle. The screw holes are 3 inches apart. As you can see, the handle is only on the inside of the screen. A few older have broken locking handle. Inside of catch has R2 stamped on it. No other identifying numbers.

The crank seems a little worn out, and the window doesn't close fully when the crank is turned fully. Window needs to be pulled manually to engage the lock.Seems to be a Renewal by Andersen window (fibrex?). Serial number is shown in the photo.1703157001 CDW, IF, 0515
