Hello - I have a double-hung Simonton with a 1999 mfg. date that has a broken spring balance on one side. Can you provide a recommendation on parts to replace?

This handle and lock for a 72x80 door were damaged in moving and I would like to replace them.

Looking for a replacement handle for my Cole Sewell S6525 door. Pictures attached. Inside screw holes are 1.75" apart. Outside screw holes are 5.5" apart. The deadbolt is not keyed. Do you carry anything that could be used as a replacement?Thank you,Glenn

Greetings, I believe the part I need is the 29" Series 378 Channel Balance. My broken items measure 29" long (metal edge to edge) 9/16" wide, and 7/8" bottom plastic bracket. Not sure if I need anything more than the 2040 option. Thanks! Mike

Need to replace my window balances in my house.

Bought from Swissco the wrong balances. I hadn't removed the original before ordering. I bought the 24TG, 750 when I think I needed the 751. Can you confirm based on these images? The pivot pin on the window is shaped like a triangle. Thank you, Dan

The only markings are ASTR BEC MOCO IN A CIRCLE on top of the roller. To get the rollers out I needed to remove door and knock out bottom rail to access top screw to remove roller.

Need to replace entirety on right and left sides. Please advise as to the part numbers needed.

Looking for locks that work, not necessarly the exact same ones.

The crank handle on one of my Milgard casement windows broke, and I'm in search of a replacement. There is a sticker on the window's frame with a QR code to Milgard website and PN LA0516QRWHMM.
