Hi - I watched one or two of your videos and I think it's the pivot shoe that's broken? Makes the window kind of unsafe because it just slams down. There may be some other parts needed here & there, but that is my primary concern. We have numerous windows with this problem. If you could tell me ... (cont.)

I'm interested in purchasing a set of 2 counter-balances for Alside Windows, Fairfield Series. The length of the channel in 26 inches. i need pivot shoes for a phillips window. the measurements are.1 inch wide,x1/2 thick x2 1/8 tall. the slot hole is 5/16. do you have any and if so what is part number

The window weighs 13.5 lbs. Both coils damaged just purchased and replaced in July. One snapped One bent. Please advise?

Some of my windows are hard to open. I am hoping to find the correct tensioner tool and replacement spiral balances that may need to be replaced. The bracket hold the spiral balance in place at the bottom of my non-tilting single hung windows is pictured here.

Stamp 3130, channel length 31-7/8", Approximate manufacture date 2005, unknown manufacture (see picture of window tag), 3'x6' single hung vinyl window, non-tillt, series 5200, need 16 balances for 8 windows.

I am looking for replacement pivot lock shoes for my 1996 Simonton white vinyl window. The attached photos of my original lock shoe shows the top length is 1 1/4", the height is 1", and the width is 1/2". My original shoe looks to be the exact same size, design, and shape as the Swisco 15-111 pivo ... (cont.)
