Would like to replace both handle and mortice lock on Cardial Legacy patio door. Have matched dims for Legacy handle set 82-089. Currently have multi-point mortice lock. Appears the 82-265 matches the existing. Is this compatible / correct? Would you know the rollers needed for this door also, ... (cont.)

I need to replace both balances on 1 window. I'm looking to just replace all components for the balance so that it is all new, but I don't know what parts I need specifically. Can y'all please help? Thanks!

I have some broken channel balances on Builder's First Choice windows. The labels say 27-4 and 27-3 on them. One came from a 46" window and the other from a 35" window.
