Hi, I ordered a set of '10 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilt, SingleS140-10' and installed them. My window is struggling to open and it sort of tilts from side to side on the way up and down. This is to a screen door. It is the part that goes through the square hole to make the latch retract from the handle. I actually have an order in order number 3179193. Could you add this part to that order?

I need to identify the spring part #. The sash weighs 13 lbs. and the spring is 1/2 inch width.
