One of the screws broke on my crank out window Need to buy new hardware for this window

can you help me select the correct balance to purchase...I believe they are Milgard windows however there were no markings on the balance.

Hi everyone, I need a replacement for this window crank as you can see is broken and I really need a new part.

Can you help me identify a replacement weatherstrip for our Milgrad Double Outswing P/A 72x96 Milgrad Ultra fiberglass (white) door?

I need both balancers for the top window. the swivels are no longer held in the cradles and the window drops upon unlocking.

Metal to metal length is 15 inches. Balance width is 15 inches. There is a stamp number of 1420. I am not sure what series this is. So I am sending pictures for you to identify. Sorry. I don't have any pictures with the old balance installed.
