The bar hinges have severaly corroded on on windows facing the beach and require replacements. Please provide the part number and I will submit my order, thanks.

Hi, I'm trying to identify the channel balance and balance guide seen in the photos. The channel balance has a marking of BSI VB. Fixing several windows in my home. Built in 1997. Can you confirm I need the 35" series 770 balance or something different. Need all new pivot shoes as well.

Howdy, Was unable (weather) to take the door off and take out the roller. Unfortunately, these are the best pictures I have. The window was installed late 1970s or early 1980s. Looking to replace 2 of the 3, of these latches for the large glass pane of an iron entry door. The latches allow for the glass portion of the door to swing open inside the house for cleaning.
