I'm trying to repair my dads window in thier bedroom door somewhat remotely. I live in WI, them in FL. I'll be visiting in mid October and if I can get this window fixed, I'll move onto others. The rod is 32" long. Blue Green tip. I'd like to order 2.

Bottom hinge of a casement window. The other hardware, crank and latch are labeled truth hardware. The hinge measures 10-3/4 ". I have part #36-004-10, but it is not the same.

Looking for replacement Weather Shield left handing operator, 13-1/2" arm, sill mount, handle has no screw to enable removal. 42 & LH stamped into rear of housing. Operator body is 5/8" thick. 3" & 1-5/8" center to center on mounting screws. Thank you!

I need help identifying the white plastic pieces shown in these photos. They sit inside the vinyl window frame and are screwed into it, one is intact, the other is obviously broken. Bottom left window of pair of windows (left and right) has 2 issues. First issue is the coil balance on lower left window is broken. Image 2 and 3 are of the sticker on the window. Looking for the correct replacement balancers for that window and another. Tracks have been removed and the stamp on the back says 24 3. Hi, There is only one intact fastener left and so we are unable to remount the screen. The house was built in 1947 and this is a side door with a glass window that slides up and down to access the screen of the same dimensions. Anybody recognize this?

The window doesn’t close completely because the last gear tooth is broken. How do I replace this gear mechanism? Do I need to remove the window frame first? I can see about six screws, but I can’t access them because the frame is in the way. Does the frame come off, or do I need to cut ... (cont.)
