hi, can you help me find a replacement for this one? I'm having a hard time finding one.

Looking for a replacement of the latch assembly

14" window sash with 13-5 marking on the side. I will be needing 2 of them.

Hi. Need to get 6 pcs of the attached pella window latch.

Channel balances on my window are messed up. Can you tell me which part(s) I need to order to replace on both sides? Hopefully the attached photos will be helpful.

I have a Truth Hardware casement window, and the left side broke. I need to reaplace the lock mechanism, as well as the two tie bar guides. I would also like to replace the right hand side lock mechanism so they both match.

I cant find numbers or names on the actual casement but on the arms that open the window I found 31706.. the handyman crank will not close the window all the way... so... is the engagement operator the part I need? And where can I purchase it?

channel balancers are all 31 inches long, plain balances (?), for tilt-in single hung bottom window sashes only marking on them is "31B BSI TH" windows all have a sticker on the sash frame "Astoria-300V Single Hung" I also need new sweep locks for every window I have more pics I can send if needed ... I am needing to get 2 of the black peices at the end of the 2 arms that connect to the awning portion of the window. Once they are on the arm portion they slide in the channel on the window.

I think it's truth elipse hardware but I don't see any markings. The plastic spline adapter is stripped. need the crank mechanism and likely a new handle if the style isn't the same.

I am looking for a replacement clip for my old Jeldwen casement windows. It screws into the bottom of the window and attaches to the crank handle. Need both right and left hand as both windows are not working.

Hello! We just moved into a new house where all of the balances have tossed out except this one. We can't see any numbers or other forms of identification on it. It's 1/2in wide and 27in long. I think it could be the 380 or 385 model, but I'm not certain. Thanks!
