Hi, the coil springs broke, wondering if you can tell me what the replacement is. The sash is 15.2lbs. I did find a number once I got a flashlight. Looks like 8 B 7

I need 4 of these please (2 sets). The length of the metal frame is exactly 76 cm. As noted in one of the pictures there are the numbers (2930BSIDV) on one end.

We are in need of Pella window parts for a casement window installed in 1977 or 78. One part on the top of the window and one part on the bottom of the window that looks like teeth. I am trying to locate the part so that my contractor can repair it.

The handle mechanism is broke

My Patio sliding door locks does not work. May be inside there is spring which broke. The lock size is 3” long. What is the item number I can order? I need sliding patio 3” size lock not working. I want a replacement It is 3.7” from top screw hole to bottom screw hole.

Hello! I am looking for replacement hinges and handles for this window. We can't find any identifying markings and have been to a few window stores to try and figure it out - without any luck. I would be willing to try a few different parts or clever engineering!

Please reply with the parts needed to fix the issue pictured. The end of the handle tabs is broken off.
