My existing channel balances are either stiff and failing or have already come out on their own. The only markings on my channel balances are "16 4 BSI DR" as seen in the pictures. Based on measurements (16 and 1/4” for the channel balance, 9/16” width, and 1” shoe depth) it looks ... (cont.)

Hello. The handle on a couple of my casement window locking systems comes off easily (it is not secured). What do I need to fasten the handle to the window so it can function?

What can be used in place of this type of latch? I have one window without a latch entirely and need something that locks. It does not necessarily need to prop open, but release for safety reasons. The windows are metal.

I have a REHAU k 602135-R00 Tilt-In Window with a Spiral Balance System. The pivot shoe and pin have snapped off the base and I'm having trouble finding the right replacement parts.

There are some numbers on the back in the photos. The end pc is 3"L. The center pc running off the truth is 4 7/8. The white pc that goes in the window slot is 5 1/8L by 7/8. Thanks

Old Single Hung aluminum balance. They tilt inward like a door, from the side. Existing one is like a block and tackle. Number "s 2540" is written on the balance.
