The upper mounting bracket stud for the support arm broke off. The support arm is 8" long.rod and its upper mounting bracket that is attached with a pressed in stud.

I bought spiral balances from you to replace rusty parts on a tilt window. It seems I also need new pivot bars and locks, as the old pivot bars rusted away and left rusty stubs in the pivot locks. I think your 15-05 locks look like a good match, and 17/32 matches the old locks closely. I am not sur ... (cont.)

Hi! Wondered if you might have any of these old window screen corner brackets? We have a few that have bent in half and are hoping to replace them so we can use the screens again. I think the windows are Pella windows, but they're pretty old. Thanks for your help!

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement part of this window latch/guide that sits on top sides of the window. Please advise if you have this component in stock.

Looking for a replacement for a channel balance. It is 28" length, 9/16" width, and 1/2" depth. The hook is on the top. Stamped 28C. It needs to work with a 1" pivot lock shoe such as 15-194.

Both left and right casement windows cranks broke in the operatotors. Left window shown in photos but need parts for both. Operator and folding crank need to be replaced unsure of orignal brand utilized. Appreciate the help !

The photo show one piece intact and one with the missing plastic piece. They are at the bottom of a sliding door and going to the track.
