Looking for replacement retainers for modular storm windows

Need to replace the upper hinge shown in photos. Hinge adjustment screw is bent and shower cannot be adjusted to close correctly as a result. Shower was purchased in 2020 in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Probably at Home Depot or possibly Menards.

I have uploaded the manufacturer and tag from window. I believe I need a pivot shoe and bar. However, I don't know which exact parts. Can you please help? I have a contractor to install the parts.

These vinyl windows are at least 19 years old

I have a vinly window that is 17 years old. I need replacment parts that keeps controls the raising and lowering of the window. When I open the window it does not stay up. The part that connects to the channel balance is broken and I need a replacement.

We need to replace the glass in an old triple track storm window, but cannot to do such unless we can find metal or plastic replacement guides similar to the plastic guides shown in the attached photos. Do you have any similar parts? Thanks.

We just replaced this channel balance a year ago. The size of the window is 25" wide and 35" tall. It appears that the cable broke. I tried to send you as much information as I could in the photos. The numbers on the part say 3140 CJ Please advise.
